THE BRUSH RECYCLING AREA WILL BE OPENING
APRIL 1st, 2025.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:00PM
It will also be opened on the following Saturday’s:
April 26, 2025 – 8:00AM – 4:00PM
June 28, 2025 – 8:00AM – 4:00PM
August 30, 2025 – 8:00AM – 4:00PM
October 25, 2025 – 8:00AM – 4:00PM
Please stop by the Borough office with a valid photo ID to register prior to disposing of brush.
The Brush Recycling Center is available for Montoursville Borough residents only. Please review the below site rules.

Water Rates

Attention: Borough of Montoursville Water Customer’s
As of 1/6/25, Water Rates will be increasing as follows:
Residential –
- 0 to 3,000 gallon minimum $39.00 per quarter
- + 3,001 gallons billed at $13.00 per 1,000 gallons per quarter
Commercial –
- 0 to 6,000 gallon minimum $78.00 per quarter
- + 6,001 gallons billed at $13.00 per 1,000 gallons per quarter
Bulk –
- $13.00 per 1,000 gallons
