NOTICE to all Borough Residents:
THE BRUSH RECYCLING AREA WILL BE CLOSING
NOVEMBER 7, 2025.

In our efforts to provide more reliable communications with Residents and Businesses in the borough, we have implemented Smart911® as our Emergency Notification service provider.
Smart911® in its simplest form is a system that makes phone calls to specific people or areas in the event of an emergency or for sharing important information. Smart911® has been provided by a third party data provider and only includes listed phone numbers in the Borough of Montoursville. It is important for residents and business owners to provide contact information such as unlisted, unpublished or cell phone numbers. Accurate numbers in the database help to ensure emergency information will be passed on to everyone in a timely manner.
If you would like to provide an alternate number other than your home number you may also do so. The alternate phone number would be called if your primary phone number is not answered by a person or answering machine.
All the calls you receive will have the Caller ID of Montoursville Borough. Your information will not be provided to any outside agencies or companies.
If you are not receiving these calls, please fill out the form below to add or update your contact information. You may also remove yourself from our lists.

Please stop by the Borough office with a valid photo ID to register prior to disposing of brush.
The Brush Recycling Center is available for Montoursville Borough residents only. Please review the below site rules.
