The Borough of Montoursville has now made available the ability to pay your WATER BILL payment online via credit card utilizing the secure web portal, eNETPAY.
eNETPAY is a secure electronic payment processing system and accepts credit card payments via the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Depending on the dollar amount, eNETPAY charges a service fee to the customer and is only collected from those who opt to utilize this service.

Montoursville Borough Council and Mayor Stephen Bagwell are thrilled to announce the official opening of the Borough of Montoursville Dog Park, the first official dog park within the Borough. It is located at 41 Mill St and is open daily from 8:00AM to Dusk. Please see below the Off-Leash Rules and Regulations.
